About Kalgoorlie IT
Kalgoorlie IT started as Kalgoorlie PC Doctor in 2011. The business has grown from local repair work into a broader IT operation, while keeping a physical headquarters, store and workshop in Kalgoorlie.
The story so far
Today, Kalgoorlie IT supports business IT, cyber security, Microsoft 365, networks, telecommunications, cabling, retail technology and websites. Kalgoorlie remains the operating base for the Goldfields, with a Perth operation supporting metro business work.
Started as Kalgoorlie PC Doctor, helping local customers with computer repairs and everyday technology.
Built a local client base across homes, small businesses and practical technology support.
Opened the public retail store, bringing advice, products and workshop capability into one local place.
Moved forward as Kalgoorlie IT, bringing repair, retail and business technology work under one name.
Expanded the premises, team and capability needed for broader business, connectivity and regional work.
Established a Perth operation while keeping Kalgoorlie as headquarters and the base for Goldfields work.
15 years in the Goldfields
This short anniversary montage follows the business from the early Kalgoorlie PC Doctor repair days through the first shops, the kpcd years and the current Kalgoorlie IT operation at 173 Boulder Road.
A visual history of the business, from Kalgoorlie PC Doctor to Kalgoorlie IT.
The montage begins with early home-based computer repairs under the Kalgoorlie PC Doctor name. It moves through the first commercial shopfronts, the kpcd identity and successive Kalgoorlie IT brands, then shows the larger retail store, the current 173 Boulder Road location and the Perth managed IT presence. It closes with the evolution of the business cards and identity over time.

How we operate
Kalgoorlie headquarters, a retail store and technical workshop at 173 Boulder Road, South Kalgoorlie.
Technical services, telecommunications, operations, administration and client relationships in one business.
Kalgoorlie is the headquarters and base for Goldfields work. The Perth operation works from Osborne Park to support metro business customers.
How we work
We begin with what is happening, what the business needs to achieve and whether a support, project, connectivity or site-work response is required.
Projects and ongoing support work better when the scope, responsibilities, dependencies and communication path are agreed from the start.
Some jobs need a technician at the site. The team can coordinate remote support with practical work across offices, workshops, projects and regional locations.
